About Steve Parsons

Utah artist Steve Parsons teaches Oil painting Classes at both The Renaissance Academie and The Scera Theater. He has been teaching art for 37+ years!

 

Education:

Graduated: Sevier Valley, Tech-Commercial Art, 1969

Snow College: Studied with Osral Allred at Snow College, 1972-1975

Graduated: BYU with Bachelor of Arts, 1978

Attended M.F.A. program at BYU, 1978-1979

 

Honors:

One year Special Figure Studio Apprenticeship with William Whitaker

Convocation Speaker and Presentation, representing the BYU Art Department at the August 1978 commencement exercises

Listed in publication “American Artists of Renown”-1981-1982 edition
